Hey guys, Hanna here, today i'll be telling you some basic makeup products you may want to purchase and how to achieve a natural look with these products!
some makeup products you might want to purchase are ;
- waterproof eyeliner also in brown or black
- lip balms or chapsticks [ i suggest baby lips because they're tinted ] in pinks and neutrals
- eyeshadows in neutral shades like taupe, chocolate brown, white and cream
- blush in shades like peach and taffeta
- concealer that's a shade or two lighter than your skin tone
- bb cream or foundation
- setting powder [ to set your makeup ]
and
- lip gloss in a translucent colour
some tools you might also want to purchase ;
- a brush set [ this includes a powder brush, eyeshadow brush, blush brush etc. ]
- eyelash curler
- foundation sponges
for the natural look you'll need ;
- bb cream or foundation
- brown or black eyeliner
- mascara
- lip balm
- setting powder [ optional ]
- blush [ optional ]
- concealer [ only if you need it ]
how to do this ;
01. use the concealer around your nose, on any blemishes you have and under your eyes to hide dark circles. pat it in using the pad of your finger. now, apply the bb cream evenly on your face with your fingers or a stippling brush. remember not to cake it on, you want to look natural. set with setting powder if you'd like.
02. using the eyeliner, line your upper lash-line and your waterline [ only if you want ].
03. curl your lashes using your eyelash curler. hold the curler as close to your lash-line as possible and squeeze- hold for 10 seconds. do this all the way along your lashes for an even curl. now, use the mascara and apply it to your lashes. to avoid clumping, wiggle the wand along your lashes in a horizontal motion.
04. apply blush. to do this, smile and find the apples of your cheeks. only use a small amount of blush and blend it up to your temples.
05. using your lip balm, apply it to your lips.
ta-da! there you have it, an easy and natural makeup look.
(couldn't find a pic, so why not Andrea?)
