hello everyone! here are some arm workouts you can do in your home, and there's some variety so you won't be doing the same workouts every single day!
MONDAY♥
push up position with your feet on a bed or couch: do as many as you can in 20 sec!

Repeat holding one leg up a little higher than the other: for each leg do as many push ups as you can in 20 sec each!

Swimmer push ups: do ten full cycles!

WEDNESDAY♥
dip pushups: do as many as you can in 30 sec!

FRIDAY♥ (meditation day)
Sit in a comfortable position, I suggest criss-cross or butterfly, and hold your hands above your head with your arms in a V shape. Hold this position for 5 minutes without moving. Set a timer on your phone so you're not wondering about the time! This will be a very difficult excersize. As your holding the position, try to focus only on your breathing, let any thought just come into your mind and slowly let it go like passing clouds. Try to picture looking down at yourself from the sky.

Okay and that's it! Remember that not all workouts are for everyone, and I understand that these arm workouts are really tough! SO if you have a lot of trouble or pain doing them, take it easy and start with an easier version or do less reps! If you keep working at it you'll be able to do any work out :)
