How to grow out your hair


Hello everyone! I get asked so many questions about my hair and how I grow it long. so here are some healthy tips to grow out your hair.  

Showering:
• Don't try to shower everyday. Shower every other day so your hair can reduce the oils it needs to grow long and healthy. Also using the coldest water temperature you can handle is good! If you hate cold showers then you can wash your hair in the sink and just wear a shower cap when your in the shower
 
Conditioning:
Condition your hair with diluted apple cider vinegar (when your hair drys you will not be able to smell the vinegar) for a deeper conditioning use coconut oil.
 
Drying your hair:
• Don't use your hair dryer, brush it, or simply just towel drying it. This may lead to really bad damage on your hair!
 
Hot tools:
Don't use use your straighter or curler everyday let your hair have breaks from the hot tools every once in a while!
 
Natural treatments:
To help your hair try making your own hair gel or you could curl/straighten it without heat!
 
Eat well!  

  • Eat a lot of protein like meat, beans, other legumes, and nuts. 
  •  Drink a lots of water! If you're not a big fan of water you can drink herbal teas or flavored waters
  •  If you're dehydrated you're hair will become dry, dull, and have a lot of breakages
  •  Stay way from soda, caffeine, or alcohol if you have a choice pick water!
Keep your hair healthy!
  •  Get it cut once every three months 
  •  massage your scalp for better circulation do this for 5-10 mins to get the blood flowing!  
  • Reduce stress, Stress = hair loss
  •  Get a lot of sleep
