DIY Nutella Cheesecake
Am i the only one in love with cheesecake? So I found this recipe online and I had to share it with you all. I tried this out yesterday and I cannot obsess enough about it. If you try it out, tell me what you think about it.
recipe makes; 1 cake
prep time; 20 mins
bake time; none (refrigerate for at least 4hrs)
ingredients ❀
10oz (280 g) of graham crackers
5 tablespoons of soft unsalted butter
1 13-oz jar of nutella at room temp.
3/4cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
1lb (450 g) of cream cheese
1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar (sifted)

step O1 ; break the crackers into the processor bowl and add butter and 15mL or 1 tablespoon of nutella, mix until it starts to clump.
step O2 ; add 25g/3 tablespoons of hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you get a damp and sandy mixture.
step O3 ; tip into a 23cm/9-inch round springform and press into base using your hands or back of a spoon. Place it in the fridge to chill
step O4 ; beat the cream cheese and sugar until it is smooth, then add remaining nutella to the cream cheese mixture. Continue beating until it has combined.
step O5 ; take springform out of the fridge and carefully smooth the nutella mixture over the base. Scatter remaining hazelnuts on top and place the tin for the fridge for at least four hours/or overnight.
step O6 ; serve straight from fridge for best results & enjoy!
