The Lazy Daily Workout






My fitness motivation page is dedicated to inspire anyone that likes fitness and wants to achieve a #fit and #healthy body.
I am the type of person whom procastinate when it comes to working out and fitness. I am considered 'skinny' but I really can use a flat stomach and a bigger thigh gap. I hate having to take time out of things just to work out. So here it is, I'm going to tell you all how I work out everyday and be lazy at the same time.
 

01. THE 100 JUMPING JACKS DURING COMMERCIALS
 
Do 100 jumping jacks in front of your TV whenever the commericals come on. By the time you're done doing the jumping jacks, your show should resume.
 
02. THE 30 SIT UPS WHILE ON YOUR PHONE
 
Just lay on the ground while texting your friend, while waiting for her to reply, do 30 sit ups.
 
03. ON THE PHONE 20 PUSHUPS
 
IWhile you are talking on your phone, put it on speaker and do 20 pushups and then resume talking to your friends.
 
04. GAME CONSOLE SPLITS
 
I don't know if there are any other girls out there who loves to play video games but if you do this is a great way to practice your splits and play on your XBOX at the same time. Just play whatever game your playing while staying on your right of left splits, then switch.
 
05. YOUTUBE COMMERCIAL 30 SECOND PLANKS
 
Everytime a Youtube commercial pops up, get on the floor and do a 30 second plank.
 
06. DOING DISHES SQUATS
 
When you're doing your dishes, for every dish you wash, is one squat. So once you are done washing one dish, hurry and do one squat. The next dish, the next squat, and so on.
 
07. QUICK 4 MINUTE RUN/DANCE
 
If you're just sitting there listening to your iPod, a great thing to do is just to get up once the song starts and start dancing or running until the song ends. Skip the next song, and do it again once the song after that starts, etc. Gradually increase how many songs you can run/dance to.
 

 Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed my extremely quirky and weird workout ideas. I actually do these things. I am sure there is plenty more ways to workout, but these are just a few of mine.  Leave a comment below if you have any lazy workout routines.
