Hey Guys! Winter break is over and school is starting soon, I know I won't be able to stay up until one in the morning or else I won't have any energy for the day. So today I decided to make a tip on getting back on a regular sleeping schedule.
O1. GOING TO BED EARLIER
This one is pretty obvious but go it bed earlier. I know for me that going to bed earlier is really hard. So start going to bed about 30 minutes earlier, do that for a couple days then go to bed 30 minutes earlier then that and keep doing this.
O2. DON'T USE ELECTONICS
Stay away from all from all electronics. If you have to, keep them in another room.
O3. Listen To Music
I know I said stay away from electronics but this helps me fall asleep because I don't hear any noises that will keep me up at night. Listen to soft slow music.
O4. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS
Make sure there isn't lights shining in your face while you try to fall asleep.
That's it! I know this was REALLY short but I couldn't think of anything else.
