Getting a better sleep

Hello, first of all I apologise for being so inactive for the past couple week, I've been doing school and working. I'll try to blog a little more.. anywayssss onto the post.
 I consider it's important to get some regular sleep and not staying up all night doing whatever just because you're not sleepy or you can't get to sleep so that's what this tip's about: Giving you some sort of advices or whatever on getting a better sleep:
 
1. If you can't ususally sleep, DON'T take naps!
 
2. Do not eat things with too much sugar and do not eat snacks while you try to sleep, it will give you energy and that doesn't help at all.
 
3. Take a warm bath.
 
4. Get off the internet or shut your computer about an hour before bedtime.
 
5. listen to relaxing music.
 
6. Avoid coffe and cafeine in general before going to sleep, instead, have a cup of hot milk.
 
7. Get up, straighten your pillows and blanket, take one walking lap around your houseand trhen try going to sleep again, sometimes changing your pijamas works pretty good to.
 
8. sleep in a different position.
 
9. I know I said avoiding big meals and food with much sugar wasn't good, but don't either go to sleep onan empty stomach.
 
10. Make sure your room is dark.
 
11. Exersice during the day so you go to bed tired.
 
12. Imagine things, make up stories in your mind, think, visit your mind place, just try to not get stressed, do not think about work or exams (unless you like it, in that case, do it)
 
13. doodle random things, I don't know why, but it actually works for me.
 
14. Do not check your phone when your in bed.
 
15. Lower the lights in you room about an hour before bedtime, it's relaxing.
