How to actually achieve your New Years resolution







So we have all made new years resolutions, and we really want to achieve them right? So this tip is going to help you do exactly that!  
 
O1. WRiTE THEM DOWN
Write down your resolution(s). Every single one, on a piece of paper or on your computer. Wherever. Then put them in order from easiest to achieve to hardest. After that paste your written resolutions somewhere you look everyday so you can be reminded. (Eg. Beside your bed, on your bathroom wall)
 
O2. MAKE A PLAN
Develop a time-activated plan under each goal. For each goal you listed, make a detailed, achievable plan. For example, for losing weight, ask yourself how you will do that. Will you stop eating carbs? Cut calories? Go to the gym three times a week for 20 minutes at a time?
 
O3. BREAK YOU'RE GOAL UP
Break your resolution into smaller goals and work on completing those. For example if you're goal is to lose 25 pounds then break it into losing 1 pound a week and work on achieving that.
 
O4. FOCUS ON THE PROCESS RATHER THAN THE END GOAL
Take each step one at a time and be happy with your progress. The only way you'll get to where you want to go is to complete every small step along the way, checking it off with pride as you accomplish each step.
 
O5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH MOTIVATION
Take away all things that bring you down from your goal. Surround yourself around motivational and supportive people and things. It will really help you achieve your goal(s).
 
O6. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
Believe you can do it and you're halfway there :)
 
O7. DO IT!
Finally, follow your plan and work towards achieving your goals and dreams!
