side french braid

first thing you want to do is brush back all your hair. next you want to grab a piece of hair at the front of your hair. instead of right in the middle, grab some hair from one side. then just french braid down. if you don't know how to french braid, it's simple, all you do is divide a chunk of hair into 3 parts and then just braid, now you want to grab some hair from one side and incorporate it with one of the strands. just continue doing that with the 2 outermost strands till you reach the end and then secure it with a ponytail or elastic.

grab your favorite circle headband and set it around your head kinda like a halo but on top of your head (see picture for reference) and then grab some hair closest to your face and flip it through the headband and pull it all the way through(as if you were doing headband curls). repeat once or twice more and you should have a boho waterfall look! :)

messy bunhttp://pearlsonastringdotcom.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/p1010131.jpg

this is the easiest out of all of the hairstyles. you have two choices, you can either do a messy sock bun or a messy bun without the sock. if you prefer no sock then just put your hair up into a ponytail, then grab your hair and wrap it around the base of the ponytail and secure it with another ponytail and a few bobby pins
for the sock bun you also want to pull your hair up into a ponytail and with your sock bun you want to wrap the ends around it and then start twisting the bun maker down to your head. once that is done secure with a few bobby pins and your done. for the messy part all you want to do is pull of some hair at the front of your face and gently pull on your bun to give it that laid back look

fishtail half up half downhttp://www.hairstylesguide.org/wp-content/uploads/Braid-Half-Updo-Hairstyles-15.jpg

start off by brushing your hair back, and then section the bottom part of your hair off. with the top part start doing a common fishtail down the back of your hair. for that extra messy look again gently pull on the braid, if you don't know how to fishtail just divide your hair into two sections and grab a thin piece from one side and incorporate it into the other and do the same with the other side, all the way down till you cant braid anymore and then secure it with an elastic.

divide your hair into two parts and just normally three strand braid your hair down and secure both braids with elastics! then ring one braid over your head and secure it with bobby pins! then do the same with the other side and again, secure it with bobby pins! for extra hold spray a bit of hairspray just to make sure your up-do doesn't go anywhere!

I hope you enjoyed this post. Which hairstyle is your favorite?
